High season (July - September, Easter): €850 per week

Christmas/New Year €685 per week

Mid season (April - June & October): €700 per week

Low season (Nov - March): €570 per week

Monthly rentals (low season only) €995 pcm

Part week rentals available on request. 

€60 cleaning fee

All prices inclusive of electricity, gas, water, wifi and parking space
