THE APARTMENT
Bright, airy and modern, with fantastic views over the beach and harbour, our apartment is located in the picturesque town of Villajoyosa on the Costa Blanca, a short drive from Alicante.
The apartment has two bedrooms, a bathroom and separate toilet, a fully fitted kitchen/ diner and a comfortable lounge area. It is fully air conditioned, with heating for winter. It features ceiling fans in both bedrooms, wifi, washing machine, a lift and dedicated off-street parking.
Feel free to use the swimming pool - access is step-free, and there's a paddling pool for youngsters. Our apartment now has completely step-free access to beach level via a new lift less than 5 minutes walk from our building.
Watch from the spacious balcony as the fishing boats come back with the day's catch or stroll down to the bars and restaurants around the harbour and seafront.

The master bedroom has amazing views through the full-length glass sliding doors. There is plenty of storage, air conditioning and a remote controlled ceiling fan to keep you cool on hot summer nights! The second bedroom comes with one or two beds. It also has a ceiling fan and air conditioning.
The comfortable lounge area has two sofas (one reclining), a wifi-connected smart TV and a DVD player with a selection of English language DVDs. The spacious balcony has a table and four chairs, recliners for sunbathing and awnings for when the sun gets too hot.
The kitchen/diner has an electric hob and oven, microwave, spacious fridge-freezer, cooker hood, washing machine, coffee machine, toaster and kettle.
The bathroom has a shower, bidet and toilet, with a separate second toilet.
There is step-free access to the swimming pool from our apartment. The pool has steps, a grab rail and a separate pool for young children.
There is also a dedicated off-street parking space at the front of the property.
